- Failure on our side to deliver agreed scope
- Duplicate or accidental payments
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed or delivered services
- Custom development already initiated or completed
- Subscription usage already started
- Delays caused by missing client input or approvals
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us with proof of payment and a clear explanation. All requests are reviewed within 7–14 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to services and platforms. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve disputes.
